Strong Foundation
Once we have access to your site, we get to work making sure that your WordPress website is setup properly. We first setup daily offsite backups of your code and database. Then we increase the security of the site, update all plugins and themes, and, depending on your plan, we make sure your site loads as fast as possible.
Ready for Edits
Once we have set the proper digital foundation of your WordPress site, we will be ready to start making any edits or updates you need. All you need to do is create a ticket, explain the details of the change, and our team gets to work.

We are able to make the majority of edits within 24-48 hours (at the most). For more complicated issues, we will promptly provide you with an expected timeline and keep you updated at every step.
